At Clia, we are dedicated to providing free legal support to low-income individuals in our community. If you are facing financial difficulties and need legal assistance, we are here to help. To qualify for our free services, your primary source of income must be from one of the following programs:
- Ontario Works (OW): If you are receiving financial assistance through Ontario Works, you automatically qualify for our free legal services.
- Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP): Individuals receiving support from ODSP are also eligible for our services.
- Old Age Security (OAS): If you are receiving OAS benefits, you can access our free legal assistance.
- War Veterans’ Allowance: Veterans receiving this allowance qualify for our services.
- Canada Pension Plan (CPP): If CPP is your primary source of family income, you are eligible for our free legal services.
- Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB): If you receive temporary or threatened WSIB benefits, you qualify for our services.
